Client pledge

At Modus, our clients deal directly with senior research professionals throughout the project life cycle. We do not hand clients over to intermediate staff.

Principles

Research must be professionally designed, scientifically executed, and mined with the right analytics. We take the science underlying survey research seriously. We will not compromise probability sampling or any other elemental principle of sound research.
